1. conclusion of the contract

The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) is/are ordered and confirmed or, if a confirmation is no longer possible for reasons of time, made available.If the ordering party / the registering party is a registered trader, he is liable for all contractual obligations in addition to the guests registered by him.The ordering party is liable to the hotel for the payment of the ordered rooms and any extras (e.g. drinks, telephone, etc.). The guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services.The innkeeper is obligated in good faith to assign unused rooms to other guests if possible in order to avoid losses. Until then, the guest has to pay for the cancellation costs.

2 Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3 pm. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Rooms ordered must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival, otherwise the hotel may dispose of the rooms unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed. If the room is ordered in writing, the reservation is guaranteed even in case of late arrival.

3. Prices

The prices include the statutory value added tax. If the amount of VAT changes after the conclusion of the contract, the agreed price will change accordingly. If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the date of arrival exceeds four months, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Advance payments

For a fixed reservation, 50% of the cost may be required as advance payment. If advance payments requested by the hotel are not made on time, this will release the hotel from all agreements made.

5. Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing. A cancellation of the ordered rooms is possible free of charge up to one month before the date of arrival.6. GeneralThe correction of errors, as well as printing and arithmetical errors is reserved.Verbal side agreements become effective only through written confirmation by the hotel.Jurisdiction for all disputes is Munich, the place of performance is Feldkirchen. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
